Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed and dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
We aim to deliver each SAMÁ piece with the same level of care that goes into its creation.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During new collection launches, holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

3. UK Shipping

We offer ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

  • Standard (2–3 business days): Free

  • Express (1–2 business days): £8.95

  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £14.95

  • Free Express shipping on orders over £250

All delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch.

4. International shipping

We do not offer international shipping yet. For international enquiries or special requests, please contact us at hello@samaattire.com and our team will be happy to assist. 

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact hello@samaattire.com so we can assist you.

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control (such as severe weather or strikes).
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is in their care and no longer under our direct control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

7. Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order pieces will be shipped together once all items are available.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched and are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
