Returns
We hope you love your SAMÁ piece. Should you need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, free of make-up marks or fragrance, in original condition with all tags attached and its packaging bag. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows visible signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please complete the returns form or contact our team at hello@samaattire.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and label details.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping cost non-refundable.
Refunds
After your return is received it will be inspected. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For a faster process, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Pieces marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. Our team will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
