All orders are processed and dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
We aim to deliver each SAMÁ piece with the same level of care that goes into its creation.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During new collection launches, holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

 

3. UK Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): 4.99

  • Express (1–2 business days): £8.95

  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £12

All delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch.

European Union

  • International Tracked Shipping (3–7 business days): £15

  • Free Standard Shipping on EU orders over £250

 

United States & Canada

  • International Tracked Shipping (3–7 business days): £20.00

 

Middle East (Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar)

  • Standard International (3–17 business days): £20.00

 

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard International (3–17 business days): £19

 

Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from London, UK.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact hello@samaattire.com


6. Delivery Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control (such as severe weather or strikes).
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is in their care and no longer under our direct control.


7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have an estimated dispatch time of 4–5 weeks. If your order includes both an in-stock item and a pre-order piece, the in-stock item will be shipped immediately, and the pre-order piece will be dispatched separately once it arrives at no additional shipping cost.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched and are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
